We led the creation of pattern-based guidance within GovStack and co-founded the Service Pattern Unit — a group shaping reusable approaches to service delivery.

My hands-on experience in technology and service design, and work in the UK’s Government Digital Service on procurement reform, standards and assurance, digital identity, and platform products has enabled me to support digital agencies build capability over the past five years.
